Drafting and Outsourcing Services
- Feasibility Studies/Due Diligence Reports: High-accuracy report to determine whether it is feasible or not to buy land for development. Includes roadway/street, drainage, grading, water, sewer, dry utilities, and traffic descriptions and quantities calculations, all justified with CAD exhibits.
- Tentative Subdivision Mapping: Lots, streets, utilities, and common areas mapping according to each city’s requirements for development.
- Lot Fits: House and yard exhibit to justify architectural products fit within lots respecting every required setback.
- Street, Water, Storm & Sewer Improvement Plans: Street, water, storm & sewer complete design shown in plan and profile plans.
- Utility Plans: Wet utility layout and connections are shown in the plan view.
- Street Lighting/Traffic Control Plans: Plans including streetlights layout and design, signage, striping, pavement markings, pavement transitions, visibility design, traffic control signals, ADA regulations, etc.
